【ボッチャ世田谷カップ2026】に出場しました！！

パラリンピック・スポーツのボッチャは、誰でも気軽に参加できるユニバーサルスポーツです。

今年で8回目となる大会には、過去最高の51チームが出場。子どもから高齢者まで、障がいの有無に関係なく参加でき、頭も体もフルで使うことができて、とても楽しかったです。

Boccia, a Paralympic sport, is a universal sport that anyone can easily participate in.

This year’s tournament, the 8th edition, saw a record-high 51 teams compete.
Boccia is a very fun sport that anyone—from children to seniors, regardless of disability—can participate in, and it engages both the mind and body fully. If you’ve never tried it before, please give it a try. Setagaya City also offers ball rentals and other equipment.
